Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Welcome to this sacred space. To maintain the energetic integrity of this work and ensure every woman receives the deep focus she deserves, the following boundaries apply to all digital coaching sessions, pre-recorded purchases, and future physical ritual bookings.

1-on-1 Coaching & Counseling Sessions

Payment Requirement: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot on the calendar.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking fee.

The Compassion Exception: We deeply honor the unpredictability of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health. If a sudden medical emergency, miscarriage, or labor onset occurs within the 24-hour window, please contact me directly as soon as you are safely able to do so, and we will waive the fee to reschedule your container.

Digital Products & Written Toolkits

Instant Access Policy: Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our pre-recorded online rituals and PDF toolkits, all digital sales are final.

No Refunds: Refunds, exchanges, or returns cannot be processed once the digital files have been delivered or accessed. If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files, please email support for immediate assistance.

Lateness & Session Boundaries

Grace Period: If you are running late for a digital session, your coach will remain in the virtual room for 15 minutes.

Time Limitations: If you log on within those 15 minutes, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time out of respect for subsequent clients. After 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and is forfeited.
